CLIFTON OFFICE

The Clifton office is situated along the main shopping precinct on Southchurch Drive, next to the local bank (across from the library and council offices). There is a new superstore to the rear and the local market which is open Friday and Saturday.

There are good bus routes to many other areas of Nottingham, including the City centre, Beeston and other areas such as Arnold and the motorway can be accessed via the A453. HUCKNALL OFFICE

Our office is based in a prominent position in the centre of the town, on a corner of the high Street (opposite the market place). Hucknall is situated some 7 miles north-west of Nottingham. It offers a variety of shopping, leisure and public transport facilities to neighbouring towns. On Fridays there is a thriving general market.

Lord Byron is buried at St Mary Magdalene church next to the market place and lived nearby at Newstead Abbey which together with its grounds are open to the public. The M1 motorway access point at Annesley is within 4 miles.

The Hucknall office offers properties for sale in surrounding areas such as Bestwood Village, Newstead Village, Selston, Underwood, Papplewick and Linby.

Directions - To find us from the M1 motorway junction 27, follow the signs for Mansfield and then at the traffic lights turn right towards Hucknall. Continue along over the two traffic islands heading towards Hucknall town centre. We are situated next to the traffic lights in the centre of the town opposite the market place. Free parking is available most days on the market place.
