    During our development we have established a broad base of managed properties. These range from individual rooms through to 5 bedroomed executive homes predominately throughout the SN postcodes, however we have the capability to market properties anywhere in the UK.

    All Moovahome staff are experienced in the property field, each member brings to the table different skill sets creating what we feel is a unique and strong team working on your property. We each pride ourselves on ensuring that all properties, within our portfolio, are of a consistently high standard. We continually strive to ensure Moovahome is run and managed in a highly professional manner, with communication and detail key to our success.

    We are able to advise on all aspects of the lettings business. This includes working with landlords who are just starting out in the property investment field, to working with landlords who own numerous properties, many of our clients own large portfolios that they have trusted us to have managed for many years.

    We have close links with associates within the property business, enabling us to advise not only on lettings but also on potential 'Buy to Let' investment opportunities and also have a sister company offering home sales. Other services include commercial management and block management.

    Our services are flexible and tailor made to the individual requirements of each client. We are always happy to consider new projects, and we pride ourselves on our methods of working and marketing your property.

    One difference between us and other agents is our attention to detail with marketing. All of our advertised homes will have a video tour created and include a coloured floorplans.

    Landlord Options

    Whether you are a property owner looking to become a landlord for the first time, a landlord for a while or a portfolio owner we can help you make sure your property isn't left empty for long.

    Moovahome, previously trading as ATC lettings has been managing rental properties in Swindon since 2003. 

    Our marketing ideas work, we have historic success in renting properties with every listing including a colour floor plan, brilliant pictures ad a video tour.

    We offer two rental services but pride ourselves on our flexibility so please talk to us to make sure we meet your needs:

    1. Full Management

    If you would like to have the assured piece of mind that your property and tenants will be well looked after, then this service could be for you.

    We will manage the letting right from your instruction, finding a suitable tenant and then supporting throughout the tenancy until the contract is terminated.

    The Moovahome Team will keep you informed following any inspections (quarterly) and handle any queries from the tenant 24/7. Our hours of business are Monday to Friday 7.30 - 5.30 and Saturdays 9-1. Out of these hours, the team offer an around the clock emergency call out service for landlords and tenants.

    We have the required licenses and memberships to comply with current regulations and legislations, making sure our policies are kept up to date with any changes with our regular updates.

    2. Find Tenants Only

    Some landlords prefer to manage the property themselves but need support finding a tenant. We can market the property for you and complete the application process to ensure the tenant is suitable.

    This service includes the tenancy agreement credit checks, right to rent checks, Inventory, protecting the deposit and serving all papers in the correct legal manner on the tenant.

    Then we will hand the keys back to you for the remainder of the tenancy agreement.

    At the end of the tenancy, we attend the move out and handle the deposit claim, all for no extra cost.

    Renting from Moovahome is simple...

    Here at Moovahome, we appreciate everyone's circumstances are different and we will do our best to help find a home suitable for you.

    So whether you are looking for your first rental property or have rented multiple times, all our listings listings have a video tour to give you a bit of insight into the home.

    Once you've found a property you would like to make your home, we will support you to go through an application process via our website. Full details will be provided on a viewing

    Searching for a property

    All of the properties we have available are advertised on this site, simply click View Properties and take a look through. All our listinhgs have a video tour to give you a bit of insight into the home.

    Our office is open Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm and 9am - 1pm on Saturday so give us a call if you would like to arrange a viewing. Outside of these opening times, or if you would prefer, you can select the "Email this Branch" link. You will be required to complete a short form and we will be in touch.

    If you can't see a property advertised that meets your needs, still get in touch and we can talk through some options with you. We may even have some on our books that are due to be advertised very shortly.

    Applying for a property

    The next step in the process is to arrange a viewing at the property you are interested in. We will do our best to accommodate a viewing at a time that suits you, the feasibility of this depends on the current property situation i.e the current property occupiers may/may not wish to be home.

    Once you've found a property you would like to make your home, we will support you to go through an application process via our website. Full details will be provided on a viewing

    If you are in receipt of housing benefit, please let us know at the start of the process and we will support you in the arrangements of this.

    A deposit will be required and this will be placed into the Deposit Protection Scheme.

    Moving into your new home

    When your application has been successful, we will agree a move in date between you and the landlord. You will be given all the documentation you need to support you throughout your tenancy, and we will meet you on the day you move in to complete one final check of the property. You will be given two keys to the property which you are required to keep safe.

    Depending on the service your landlord has instructed us to undertake, we will either then hand you over to the landlord or continue to support throughout the term of the tenancy. Please see our Landlords page for further information on the services we provide.

    Emergency call outs

    If your landlord has instructed us to manage the property, we provide a 24/7 emergency call out. Please call the office on 01793 512345, selecting option 4 for emergencies only. The member of the Moovahome Team will assess your issue and agree a resolution between you, a tradesmen if required and the landlord.

    Please note, you will be charged £50 including VAT if you are locked out of your property and require a member of the team to visit the property to allow you access. You will also be required to cover the costs of the key replacement.

    Ending your tenancy

    When your tenancy is due to end, we will discuss the different options with you. Should you wish to renew, we will liase with your landlord and look to put a new tenancy agreement in place. There is no need to complete the application process again and no fees apply to do this.

    Should you wish to leave the property, we will support you to leave the property in an acceptable condition and handle the return of your deposit.

    If you need to end your tenancy early please get in touch with the team and we will see what support we can provide to help you do this.

    Ashley Cain - Owner/Director
    Started Moovahome in 2003, Ashley has built the company by setting very high standards on all aspects of the business with particular attention to outstanding customer service, attention to detail and first class communication to all current clients and potential new business whether it be Landlords or tenants. Ashley is also a Director of many block management companies in Swindon as well as being a member of the Property Advisory Group that works with Swindon Council on their property plans. ashley@moovahome.co.uk

    Alex Salsbury - Lettings
    Alex joined the Moovahome team in 2013 fresh from successfully completing a business degree at University. Alex's main focus at Moovahome is site visits including inspections, viewings and getting the properties ready for tenants to move into. Alex works at the front end of the company alongside Ali, Heather and Ashley. Alex also can advise on property valuations and purchases on the BTL side of Moovahome . alex@moovahome.co.uk
