    I am part of the original AJ Team and have been with the company since we opened our doors in 2002! Originally from South Africa, I began my property career in London, working in Kensington for Hamptons International. There, I received top-notch training in both Sales and Lettings. With 22 years of industry experience, I've seen and navigated many market changes. 

    My sister Lyn met Mark in London, and his family welcomed us for the holidays. I fell in love with the town and decided to make Southport my home to enjoy all it has to offer. Having four children, work is a welcome break for me, and I truly love every minute of my job. 

    Post-COVID, we reevaluated our traditional business plan for sales estate agents, discarded it, and embraced a modern approach. Anthony James is built around personal service, integrating the latest in social media, video, and single-contact service. We like to think of ourselves as a more 'grown-up' version of estate agency.  Unlike traditional estate agents where you never see or hear from the valuer again, I will handle all the viewings, provide feedback, negotiate the sale, and guide you through the entire process from start to finish. 

    As a Birkdale resident and a member of Carlton Tennis Club and Southport Rugby Club, I have a good network among local school mums and sports clubs. If you're considering selling your property, I'd be happy to drop by for a chat.
