    Being the longest serving Lettings member of staff, Mollie is now fully qualified at NVQ Level 2 and 3 of Residential Lettings and Property Management. During her time in the property sector, she has covered all areas of residential lettings from referencing applicants at 'Legal4Landlords' to becoming a Lettings Negotiator at 'Absolute Lettings'. All the different experiences have helped her fully understand both Landlord and Tenants needs, making her thrive on building trusting relationships.     Before joining Ashtons in January 2016, Nicky worked as a Lettings negotiator for over 4 years at PPM. Nicky brought a wealth of experience in front of house Lettings and now heads up Lettings at our St Helens branch. Nicky's role includes marketing properties To Let, matching potential tenants to the correct properties, viewings and negotiating lets between Landlords and potential tenants as well as property inspections and checkouts but she loves nothing more than bringing on new Landlords, explaining their obligations and giving advise on how to best find suitable tenants. Nick is a walking encyclopedia and knows pretty much everything there is to know about the property market. Nick has extensively studied and is a proud member of the NAEA and is also CeMap qualified, Nicks career started in financial services but moved into estate agency to indulge his passion in property - his first love.
