      • In today's market place we shouldn't wonder that people often get confused between a traditional 'full service' High Street estate agent and a 'partial service' or 'online only' estate agent - after all, don't we do the same job? 
      • Sadly this is not the case and usually to the detriment of the home owner, as we now find that everything from a For-Sale board to internet coverage and newspaper adverts of your property consumes perhaps only 25-30% of our time and cost when selling a property and this is the only facet of a traditional estate agents service that an online agent can even hope to get close to matching.

        We are there for every step of the selling process to support and advise you and take as much time as you need to provide you with a truly bespoke service that will not only provide you with the most stress free and carefully co-ordinated house move, but enable you to recommend us to your friends and family too.

        Unlike an online agent, we carry out each viewing on your behalf and unlike an 'online only' estate we are physically in the local market area and have a better understanding of how best to value your property and how best to negotiate for you to secure the best possible price. Conversely, this avoids over pricing and the probability of losing the dream property you have just spotted by taking too long to find a buyer.

        We will talk to your potential buyers to ensure we have proof of their ability to borrow a mortgage and check they have a complete chain by speaking to the agents up and down the chain. If they are a cash buyer, we ask for evidence of funds, in short, making sure we understand the whole situation before committing you to removing your property from the market as 'sold subject to contract'
