    We understand that landlords requirements vary, and that some landlords would like to take advantage of our marketing abilities and regional coverage to find a suitable tenant for them. Some landlords are too busy to handle the day to day issues, and so request us to manage issues on their behalf. Or of course tailor a service in-between these to meet your wishes, you just let us know.

    We advertise all of our properties to as many people as possible, taking advantage of huge leading websites, regional newspaper advertising, and locally with eight networked offices you can be sure that your property is pushed to everyone. We try to encourage all landlords to advertise their properties to all prospective tenants, and then discuss individual applications with you on individual circumstances. Managing all parties expectations.

    We carefully select our contractors, based on cost, value and service, they prove trusted and consistent on their work and their value. We need to know that they arrive on time, complete the work to a high standard, leave the property in a better condition that they found it, and charge fairly. We only use local firms that have established trust through feedback from tenants, landlords, and any inspections we have done of their works.

    Searching for a new home...

    On the left tab there is a link to our 'current properties' or call us, we would love to hear from you. We advertise a variety of properties, which differ in size, condition, location. Please let us know your requirements so that we don't waste you time on unsuitable properties. If you have children, pets, or if you smoke or are on any housing benefits, please look at the description to see if the specific property would be suitable, if in doubt, please call us!

    Applying for one of our properties...

    Once you have found a property that meets your requirements and you would like to apply to make it your home, you can fill in an application form, (available in any office or we can email you this) and pay the application fee (this is a non refundable payment). This costs £150 for each property, with a further £30 for additional applicants or guarantors on the property. The application process includes credit/financial/previous landlord/employment referencing, liaising with any works as a condition of the application, tenancy agreement, registration of deposit, and structured inventory and schedule of condition.

    And then...

    Upon successful completion of the application process you will then be invited to come to the office and sign the tenancy agreement, at this point the deposit is paid, (normally one months rent plus £100) in addition to the first months rent upfront. Further rent can be set up to be paid by standing order.

    Working with us part time, Rebekah ensures all of our properties remain compliant with current legislation, looking after our, EPC's, gas safety certificates, tenancy renewals and tenancy deposits. Always happy to help others, you will quite often find Rebekah assisting colleagues in other areas of the department.

    From renovations to small repairs, Laura deals with any repairs picked up by tenants whilst living in the property and anything that is also required when a property is empty. Liaising with both landlords and tenants, Laura ensures everyone is kept informed throughout.
