Belvoir has been very forthcoming from the beginning, and very proactive on our case. Particular credit goes to our property Manager Charelle who has been very accommodative and communicative. The only thing I would say is that the system of checks and references is quite extensive, even for the guarantor so be mentally prepared! It's not a bad thing. Just a lot more extensive than usual that's all. But overall very happy with our property manager who has been very accommodating and professional
