We're Available When You And Your Buyer Need Us
We are open longer hours than many other estate agents, working 7 days a week and Bank Holidays to ensure that we are available to both you, and perspective buyers. We can work outside of these hours too when required, so we are always there when you need us and are able to accommodate appointments at a time to suit you.
We're Accountable
We are members of The Property Ombudsman, and NAEA (the National Association of Estate Agents), giving you peace of mind that you are dealing with a reputable and accountable company. This gives you access to an independent Consumer Redress Scheme, although we’re sure you will never need it.

If you instruct us to sell your home we won't hang around. Your property can be available on the market within 24 hours if you wish! We set about notifying potential buyers straight away via phone, text and email, and we give prompt viewing feedback within 24 hours.
