    Brambles Estate Agents are a family run independent business that opened its first office in Bursledon in January 2003.  We subsequently expanded our branch network with an additional office in the heart of Warsash Village and complemented both offices by joining the Mayfair Group.  We are able to offer all clients, whether selling or letting their homes an opportunity to have their properties displayed and marketed from both branches that are located either side of the Hamble River, and with the office based in central Mayfair  we can also attract buyers predominately from London but also with Mayfair International it can stretch worldwide, effectively providing a multiple agency service for one sole agency fee.

    The directors of the company have over 40 years' experience in the UK residential property market, primarily in London where they covered the areas of: South Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham, Battersea, Greenwich and Blackheath. Both reside in the local area, as do various members of their family.

    Kathryn Smith - Director
    Kathryn opened Brambles Estate Agents, Bursledon in 2003 after having worked in the London property market for several years, for both independent and companies. During this time, she worked for one of the largest estate agency chains and managed their Distinctive and Country Homes department covering South London and Kent.After re-locating to the South Coast in 2002 Kathryn was keen to utilise her expertise and knowledge of the property market in the local area of Bursledon, Hamble and Netley.Kathryn is extremely proud of what Brambles Estate Agents has achieved and in particular the amount of recommendations and referrals she receives for new business from previous satisfied customers.Originally having had a background in theatre and television, Kathryn enjoys going to the theatre, whether locally or London and whenever she can fit visits in around watching her youngest son play football!

    Megan Williams - Lettings Manager
    Megan has worked at Brambles since November 2021 having started her estate agency career in 2010 working for other agents in the local area, working in both Sales and Lettings. Settling on Lettings as her point of expertise. Megan is always up to date in respect to new law legislations, making sure all her landlords properties are compliant and prides herself on finding the right tenant for her Landlords. Megan is qualified to level 3 letting and property management and level 3 sales and is accredited member of PropertyMark.

    James Moody - Sales Negotiator
    James has been with Brambles Estate Agents for 12 months and comes from a Marine Industry sales background, via the F1 motorsports Industry. He prides himself on outstanding customer services and is very much a team player. He makes the customer very relaxed in making one of the biggest decisions anyone is ever likely to make in buying a home and feels they should be doing it with a smile on their face. James's roots in the SO31 area date back over 200 years and he grew up on the very road our Warsash office is based. He has great local knowledge and is happy to discuss this with people moving into the area or locals alike.

    Nicole is the newest member of our team joining in April 2023. With over 20 years 'experience in Retail management she comes to us keen to embrace our values as an independent family run business and develop her interests in all thing's property. She will be transferring her skills in building strong relationships, effective communication, approachability, and prioritising to ensure a smooth journey for clients from first to last point of contact within her administrator role. After being brought up over the other side of the water in Shirley, she has lived in both Hamble and Bursledon, settling in Locks heath for the last 8 years to raise her family. Her main hobbies are Sewing and Crafting and will admit to a borderline obsession with making Gonks and anything Christmas related!
