      • Put our heart and soul into achieving your sale and letting within your required timescale.

      Tristan Woolfenden - Director
      Tristan is our founding director of the business and created the Branocs empire from his spare room back in early 2014!  Tristan is the main face of the business and will often be the first person to meet when selling your home with us, as our principal Valuer and Property Lister.  Tristan acquired his first property at the tender age of 18 and has since built up his own Lettings portfolio, whilst residing locally on the edge of Great Notley. 

      Having started his property career working for a private land owner, managing a substantial family portfolio, Tristan isn't your stereotypical estate agent, and many clients like his honest approach, together with his personal nature to overseeing all aspects of a property sale, offering a wealth of experience gained both personally and professionally, in a career spanning over 15 years.  Outside of Branocs life, Tristan has three young children and spends much of his personal life with his family, whilst for his sins, he is an avid Ipswich Town fan which he says gives him strong mental strength!

      Gavin Woolfenden - Lettings Manager
      Gavin is our co-director and joined his brother Tristan in early 2015 and primarily oversees all aspects of our Letting & Property Management department. Having formerly worked for a local agency in his early career, Gavin saw an opportunity to join his elder Brother in developing our family run business offering a personal approach to Property Management, where long lasting relationships are built with our client over many years, dealing with the same familiar faces throughout.

      In his private life Gavin is very keen on travelling the world and has visited numerous countries and continents across the globe. An Arsenal season ticket holder, like his brother he is used to sporting suffering, and it is also said that he loves his dog, Diesel, more than he loves himself!

      James Brush - Residential Sales Manager
      James joined the team in the autumn of 2023, following a successful career in the corporate world, most recently working in Customer Care for global tech giant, Samsung.  James brings a wealth of sales experience and a particular eye for attention to detail when it comes to offering outstanding marketing to our property listings and social media content. 

      James first became known to the company when he purchased his family home in Braintree with us during 2021, and is a prominent figure within the local area as a Governor at a local primary School, as well as coaching the next generation of football stars at SMILES Sport and Great Notley FC during his spare time.

      Michelle Phillips - Sales Progressor
      Sale Progressor, counsellor, agony aunt... you name it, Michelle is that all round person that deals with every element of ensuring that your sale or purchases reaches completion day. Often seen with multiple phones pressed to her ear, and 150+ emails in her Inbox, Michelle is an invaluable member of the team, and without doubt a star of her field.

      Michelle holds excellent relationships with many of our local solicitors, and through her connections is able to provide both buyers and sellers with regular updates throughout their transaction, streamlining the process as much as possible whilst keeping all parties up to date throughout the conveyancing process.

      Away from the office Michelle is certainly not one to sit still, as she also operates a part time floristry business, enjoys long walks, whilst regularly attends matches for the Chelmsford Chieftains Ice Hockey Team.

      Oliver Dome - Lettings Administrator
      Ollie is often the first face that our tenants will meet, hosting property viewings and also overseeing all aspects of our Property Inspection & Maintenance department.'Ollie' as he is known to many of us, is a former Notley High School student and joined the team as a Junior Lettings Administrator, progressing rapidly into the role of Lettings Negotiator.

      Living locally in Rayne, Ollie will never be seen without a smile on his face, and is a popular member of the team thanks to his frequent cake deliveries courtesy of "Mrs Dome's Bakery". Away from the job Ollie spends a lot of his free time socialising with friends, but like Gavin suffers the misfortune of enduring life as an Arsenal fan.

      Our lovely Laura is quite often the first face that our purchasers meet when viewing a property with us, and is the expert in giving property buyers "the guided tour".Laura has a passion for all things property related and her enthusiasm for the industry as well as interior design shines through on a daily basis.Born and bred in Braintree, and having grown up just a stones throw from our office, 

      Laura has an unrivalled level of local knowledge, and is a self-confessed Rightmove addict.       Emma has taken to her role like a fish to water, having started as an Administrator and gaining a promotion to Property Manager in 2022.Emma joined the team in early 2020, just before the COVID lockdowns, having formerly been a teaching assistant at a local school, primarily working with children with additional needs.  

      Emma frequently advises our Landlord clients on all tenancy related aspects, and oversees the administrative and compliance requirements within our Property Management team, as well as keeping Gavin in check when it comes to good administrative housekeeping!  Emma was born and bred in the Braintree area and resides locally, walking to work on a daily basis come rain or shine, and has two grown up children.

      Claire Bentley - Sales Negotiator
      Claire is the newest member of the team although already feels part of the furniture, having slotted into her role with extreme ease. Claire offers experience from a number of other High Street estate agency roles, which include both Sale & Rental roles, as well as Branch Management experience.

      Having grown up in nearby Felsted, Claire now lives locally within the town with her husband and young son, and enjoys socialising with friends and family, particularly with the Branocs team at Bar no.92!
