    Managing Director of Residential Sales 

    James Baldry (MNAEA) is the Managing Director of Sales who is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the group's sales. A man of many talents, he is also the creator of many of our much-anticipated marketing campaigns and can often be found frantically scribbling these away on a whiteboard. Working in property since 1994, and with Bridges since 1997, James spends his time away from the office following his beloved Tottenham Hotspur around the country (and Europe when they're in it) whilst also enjoying time with friends and family in many of Fleet's watering holes.

    Head of Sales 

     Martin Coombs is Head of Sales at Bridges, working tirelessly with the Directors and the branch teams to successfully deliver the Bridges ethos of exceptional results for our clients coupled with the very best in customer service. Having worked in the property industry for many years, he joined Bridges in 2021 wanting to be part of such a dynamic and focused business that also takes the time to involve itself closely with the local communities within which it works.     Manager 

     Terry Barrett is the Sales Manager of the Farnborough Office. Terry has been in the industry for many years and always looks to excel in everything he puts his mind to.     Richard Pinnock (MNAEA) is an Executive Client Manager at Bridges in Farnborough, he started working for Bridges back in 1994. He has many responsibilities including market appraisals, looking after clients and keeping them updated during their moving journey, managing sales, viewing appointments and sales progression. During his career with Bridges, he has worked in various branches including Ash Vale, Frimley and Aldershot but has predominantly worked from the Farnborough branch.

    Chris Cannon is an Executive Client Manager and has been in estate agency for 26 years. Outside of work, Chris is a big sports fan and used to sprint for England when he was a teenager. Away from work Sam is often found in Lightwater Country Park walking his dog, Stan.

     Zachary Kench is a Sales Negotiator in our highly successful Bridges at Farnborough office. He is full of life and brightens up the office with his fresh energy and ideas. He loves football following his team Manchester United, he has also played at a high level from a young age with various teams, even having the chance to go abroad to play. Time now is filled up with the passion for work and getting home too late on nights out.
