We promise to honour all viewings appointments. We do not believe that it is fair to anyone for us to accept the first offer, but allow everyone that is booked in to view.

If there is more than one offer for the home, we take down all details and take them to the landlord to allow an informed decsion on the best candidate.

We use an external agency to take up references. The process is conduced online and is quick and painless!

The move in day

We meet at our central Hove office to go through the paperwork with you. We can send out the contracts by email to allow you plenty of time to review them and ask any questions. Although many of our clients have been through the process before and are comfortable with it, some may be first time renters, and so we are happy to provide support in understanding the process.

We have contractors on call for any maintenance issues that you may experience. In an emergency, we are available 24/7.

We know that the return of deposit monies is important, and so we use external providers to conduct inspections, and liaise promptly our landlords to settle any issues.
