Potential buyers and those with a general interest in the property market have seen for the past eight years we have successfully secured the first three pages of advertising in the local newspaper property supplement. In addition we place a very noticeable banner advert in the supplement. These prime positions are used to create excellent exposure for properties as well as helping to attract further buyers. We make no excuse for this as it helps to continue increasing our database of clients looking to buy.
In addition we have a larger than average presence on the major online property portals. This includes prominent advertising with the market leader 'Rightmove' as well as 'Zoopla', 'Prime Location' and 'On the Market'. With all four we have options to offer our clients premium listings as well as the rare opportunity to have your property seen at the top of all local Rightmove listings as a 'featured' property.
We recently started advertising our 'Signature Homes' brand monthly in the Country Life magazine itself. Our adverts include selected individual properties which will be seen within their monthly property collection. This special edition once a month helps us to attract further buyers to our database. When applicable we also advertise in the Horse and Hound magazine.
Since 2013 we have been working with Millfield School, advertising in their 'Windmill' magazine which is distributed throughout the year. This has been very successful so far with our full page advert within the magazine distributed to over 13,500 current, prospective and ex-Millfield parents. We also work closely with all the local independent schools to ensure we are aware of their open days. Not only to be prepared for when new buyers are in the area but to see whether we are allowed to leave marketing material on the day for parents new to the area to browse through.
