    Our Guaranteed Rent service means that you still get paid for the duration of the contract even if the property becomes empty.     At Charles David Casson we specialise in the management of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) and room rentals. We are one of the only agents who have an interest and experience of HMO Management in Chelmsford. We already manage a number of HMO's around Chelmsford and we are actively looking for more HMO's to supply the huge demand we have for rooms and shared accommodation. All our tenants are working professionals and we only look after high quality HMO's in Chelmsford and surrounding areas. We now have a reputation in the city as the "go to" agent for rooms to rent for both tenants and landlords alike. We have recently launched our "All Inclusive" brand to specifically cater for shared accommodation in Chelmsford.

    Born and bred in Chelmsford, Neil went to Tyrrells and The Boswells School and still lives in Springfield. A former police officer, Neil successfully ran his own letting agency before merging his company with Charles David Casson to work alongside his brother.Neil oversees the Lettings, Property Management and Maintenance portfolio here at CDC and is able to offer specialist advice on all aspects of buy to let and property investment in Chelmsford and all areas of Essex. He is happy to offer advice to landlords even where the property is not being purchased through our agency and would welcome an informal chat with you regarding your investments. Neil is also well versed in HMO Management as we are one of the only agencies in Chelmsford which has a specialist HMO and rooms to rent department. Neil is Matthew's younger brother and has a son named Michael.

    The eldest of the two brothers, Matthew brings with him over 14 years' experience selling and valuing homes in the area, having worked his way through the ranks at a corporate agency. Matthew attended Tyrrells Primary School and Boswells Secondary School in Chelmsford, before attending The Nottingham Trent University where he was awarded a Law Degree.Matthew feels that the best thing about owning an independent family firm is being more hands on and dealing with clients from start to finish throughout the moving process. He lives in Springfield with his wife Nicola and sons Freddie, Henry and Billy and enjoys watching Boxing and his beloved Tottenham Hotspur.

    Jenny Angliss - Property Manager
    Jenny is our Property Manager here at CDC and she takes pride in looking after our landlords and tenants from the moment a tenant takes on a property to when they leave. Jenny has been in the lettings industry for 4 years having worked for a large letting agency in Colchester before joining us in April 2015. Jenny currently lives in Colchester having lived in Chelmsford and Witham previously so has great knowledge of the areas we cover.
