Alongside our weekly advertising, we run fortnightly property features within the Chronicle for example "Central Village Properties". We use a professional photographer and provide (RICS) accredited floor plans to showcase the property's best features. All properties are matched with our qualified database of buyers.

    David Cheshire -  Founder
    David was born and bred in Tarporley when his family moved to the village in the late 1960s, hence the village and surrounding areas are very important to him. David has been selling properties since 1986 and founded Cheshire Lamont in 2001. He has vast experience in all levels of the market and is as comfortable selling a terraced cottage as he is a large country home.

    Anna Chow -  Office Manager
    Originally from the Chester area, Anna lived and worked in South East Asia for 12 years. She returned to Cheshire to raise her family and ran her own business before joining Cheshire Lamont in 2015. Having lived in the Tarporley area for the past 13 years she now manages the Tarporley office and enjoys supporting clients achieve the sale of their home.

    Samantha Cordery - Admin/Negotiator
    Sam achieved her MA in Fine Art at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2015. Returning to the local area she worked in sales and customer service for an international bank before joining Cheshire Lamont in 2016. She enjoys being a part of our clients journey from first point of contact through to completion.

    Harriet is taking time out from studying Criminal Investigation at Chester University and has always had an interest in property.     Bear resides in a comfy bed in the Tarporley office, having been raised in a kitchen near an AGA and educated at the London School of Woofanomics. A canine for 3 years, Bear has gained extensive regional and local knowledge, and bring a wealth of experience in the chewing of slippers and eating of socks.
