      Phil Mitchell - Director
      Having worked in estate agency for both independent and corporate agents for a number of years I realised that it was very target driven, the focus was all about getting the instruction and sales and less about the customer experience with a 'one size fits all' approach.  At this point back in 2011, myself and my wife Emma decided that we wanted to go it alone and provide a tailored service to meet the needs of our individual clients. 

      We appreciated that there was no longer a need for a high street presence as effectively all agents are today online. With our hybrid model, we are able to offer traditional estate agency values whilst saving each of our clients. That's not to say face to face interaction isn't important to us, we have a lovely office based in the Universal Marina where the coffee pot is always on and welcome clients to pop by.
