    Having worked in many different markets - from modest flats to luxury mansions - Tom has a wealth of experience in all types of property and price points. His estate agency career began with a leading corporate in 2005, before joining Country Properties in 2021 and becoming Director/Owner in April 2024.Tom lives in Hitchin with his wife and two sons, and both team and clients know him for his approachable and empathetic personality.

    Already experienced in estate agency, Paul joined Country Properties in 2010. In 2022, he was promoted from his role as sales negotiator to valuation manager, the perfect position to use his vast experience of different market types and property knowledge. In April 2024 became Director/Owner. Paul's calm nature and great community spirit, gets him involved with local events and activities.

    Born, bred and educated here, Olivia grew up in the house of the original lavender barn for Perks and Llewelyn - a true piece of Hitchin history. The historic interior of the shop (dating back to 1790) is now preserved partly in North Herts Museum and partly at Hitchin Lavender. In the office, Olivia supports the sales team with admin and works quietly behind the scenes to make sure everything is in place for the team and client to go ahead with marketing the property.

    Nikki spent her school days visiting friends in Hitchin, and now lives close enough to enjoy her spare time back in the town with her husband and children.
