    The Late David Davies MNAEA

    David was one of the area's most respected professionals. He created and led the entire David Davies operation whilst keeping a very 'hands on' approach. Property valuing was one of his areas of expertise. For many years with his beloved 'Golden Retriever' Barney. His experience spanned some four decades. David was married to Paula and was a devoted father of twin boys Harry & Luke.

    David's professionalism and vast experience still provides the inspiration and driving force behind the company.

    Paula Davies MNAEA Managing Director
    Paula, Company Director for 10 years and Managing Director since her husband and founder of David Davies Estate Agent David passed away October 2019. She married into property and has ate, slept and drank it for the last 21 years. Achieving her NAEA qualification some 5 years ago.In a previous life she travelled the world.They have 12-year-old twin boys, Harry & Luke, who keep her very busy. In her spare time (which she is still looking for) she likes to rest!

Adam's biggest achievement was climbing to Everest Base camp in 2018 to raise funds for The Steve Prescott Foundation.

Exercise, days out and sport are Allen's favourite pastimes, and nothing pleases him more than a win for the mighty Saints. Allen has undertaken a number of fundraising events and his most memorable achievement was his Everest Base camp challenge in 2018 to raise funds for The Steve Prescott Foundation alongside our valuer Adam.
