We came to be selling on our properties in Harrogate which had £1M+ value - and we wanted to seek out an agent with fresh ideas, solid credentials and enthusiam throughout the whole business. David Phillips . We found them to be a very professional motivated company. They were receptive to my requirements and they agreed and delivered the targeted dates I requested. Lesa David and Trudi were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable from the initial valuation through to completion. Anytime I needed any help or advice all I needed to do was phone them. One of them was always available and they all were aware of my details. A truly personal service. Lesa and Trudi certainly went the extra mile for me as we had one solicitor in the chain who wasn't on the same page as everyone else!!!
