We picked these guys because on initial consultation they were friendly, approachable, professional, don't tie you into a contract and have a competitive rate. We have been so impressed. They sold our house for an amazing price, have made the process easy and stress free, kept us in the loop, chased solicitors and have been at the end of the phone whenever we have needed them. Being proactive in putting a 3 page spread in the Beds on Sunday (at no additional cost), managing both our expectations as a seller and doing a good job detailing our expectations to the buyer. It's been a stress free process, in which our house was discussed, viewed, publicised and sold in 18 days. Personally I'd much rather pay for the option of traditional, face to face, estate agency; what I thought would enable Jack and Simon to appeal to the masses is an offering to suit all needs - an Online offering (purplebricks esq. however I have no doubt they would still surpass expectation) or the traditional agenting, at a reasonable and highly competitive rate. If looking to sell, I would certainly recommend Goodacres.
