    • Not only our photographic is professionally done but we go to great length to portray the house with lifestyle staging and it goes without saying that the properties are cleanly and clearly presented.

During that time I also gather priceless and accurate feedback that I will report by text and by email on the day to the vendors, including the next steps that will be taken to communicate respectfully with the viewers to organise a second possible viewing or maybe already take an offer.
    • All appointments are confirmed and reminded by text and by E-mail to both Vendors and viewers
    • We provide a daily report from the viewing statistics on Rightmove and on our 360 tour portal and discuss possible tweaks in the overall strategy
    • I advise the vendors on the negotiation strategy, constantly assessing new angles to maximising the acceptance of the right offer and pleasing both parties
    • I am relentless at communicating which means "Listening" first in our book, "thinking" and expressing our opinions or asking yet another question.
    • We are relentless and a pain in the backside of the other agents and sollicitors that might be involved in the possible chain.

      I have been trying to sell my house for over 3.5 years. I started with Tepilo as my agent and they very quickly disappeared of the scene being taken over or selling out to another company. I then decided to have multi agency consisting of Haart Estate Agents from Clacton-on Sea, Town&Country Estate Agents from Brightlingsea and Fennwright from Colchester, and stayed with them all for a very long period, approximately one and a half years. I was extremely disappointed that I had very few viewings in all that time and was not getting anywhere. One day a charming lady visited me to introduce me to Home Domus 360 who had sold her house for her. I was very impressed with the sales literature and brochures and eventually decided to call their office. The owner of the business Florent Lambert came to see me to explain what he could do for me. He was like a breath of fresh air and told me how he could put together a brochure for the house that would sell the property. He would photograph everything himself and would get the advert put into a local county magazine which would get distributed to local areas. He also fully explained his fee structure which was I thought was very positive as he gave the house owner various options of how he could be reimbursed for all his company's work.
