    Homemaker Properties understands that you may find moving home a stressful time as well as a daunting task if you are moving to a new area. Our friendly Lettings team has extensive local area knowledge and is committed to helping you find a suitable new home in an area that is perfect for you.

    Our experienced and qualified team is driven to find a new home for you, whether you are a student, professional, family or Local Housing Authority tenants; looking for an apartment, a house or a room in a house share. Your circumstances will always be considered, as we believe there is a suitable property out there for everyone.

    Our service does not just stop at securing you your new home, we offer all of our Landlords an all-encompassing management service and have a qualified maintenance team on hand to ensure repairs you report, and routine servicing is dealt with efficiently and with minimal disruption to you, the tenant.

    Our Agency Fees...

    Once you have viewed and selected a property the following tenancy fees will apply:

    Administration Fee: £295

    Additional Tenant Fee: £100

    Guarantor Fee (if required): £100
    Renewal Fee     (where applicable): £95

    A guarantor will be required if you fail to pass a credit check or if you are a student.

    The Tenancy Fees pays towards the following:

    • taking the property off the market and cancelling any further viewings
    • set-up of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement and the relevant tenancy documentation
    • deposit protection
    • enhanced credit, referencing and identification checks
    • check in and inventory

    We only take one set of tenancy fees on a property at a time and providing credit reference checks are passed and the application and tenancy process completed then you will be able to move into the property.

    Homemaker Properties are committed to being open, honest and fair about the tenancy fees charged. We ensure that we display the applicable fee on our website and our lettings team will fully explain our fees prior to taking any money.
