    Partner in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

    Jake began his career in property straight out of school, at the age of 16. Jake completed an apprenticeship with a local high street agency and since then has progressed his career in various estate agencies across Leicestershire. Jake enjoys sales and has done from an early age - selling Lucozade in the playground to make a profit! He takes pride in negotiating and closing difficult deals for his clients. Jake joined Hortons to offer his clients more, with flexible communication and availability.

    Andy has been involved in the property industry since he was 21 years old. He began his career as a Trainee Sales Negotiator before progressing all the way through to being a Valuer, and even running his own branch. He has also had experience working at both high street and hybrid agencies, giving him a well rounded view of the industry as a whole.

    In his spare time, Andy enjoys socialising with friends and family, and he is also a huge football fan often playing, coaching and going to watch his beloved Manchester United.

    Andy lives in Swadlincote and has done so for the majority of his life, and he operates a property portfolio across nearby Tamworth.

      From start to finish I was impressed with Jess & her approach to my house sale. I had my house up for sale with another agent initially but was disappointed with the quality of the viewings, with many just tyre kickers wanting to be nosey. The marketing was excellent & the video that Jess did was really impressive.

      I think where jess really came into her own was her personal touch whilst still being professional & efficient. She was easily contactable at all times and nothing was too much trouble.

      Her recommendation on which Solicitor to use was also invaluable.
