    Searching For Your New Home
    Our qualified team can put you in touch with a local team of independent mortgage and legal conveyancing advisors, as well as helping you with your search for your new home. It's good to discuss your plans with us, so that you can use our experience to help you achieve your objectives. Once registered with us, we will keep you updated on all suitable properties that come onto the market.

    Viewing Properties
    Once you have found a property you would like to view you can call us, email us or even request a viewing online. Our offices are manned with qualified staff and are open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Wednesdays until 7pm, Saturdays 9am to 5pm with our Whitstable office open on Sundays 10am to 4pm.

    Making An Offer
    Once you have decided you would like to make an offer on a property speak to us and we will present your offer to the seller.

    Once Your Offer Is Accepted
    Once your offer has been accepted by the seller, we will issue a memorandum of sale to all parties including yourself confirming the principle details.
