      Aidan Lillington - Director
      Having been an estate agent for 20 years with 11 of those here in West Cumbria, Aidan brings a wealth of experience to the company and takes overall responsibility for the residential sales side of the business. Husband to Jayne and father of two lovely daughters, he is a classically trained musician, having a passion for all styles of music and can often be seen around West Cumbria playing drums with his band Vinyl Days. When he can tear himself away from work this adrenaline junkie enjoys fell walking, technical mountain biking and skiing but also enjoys spending quality time with his family in their home at Caldbeck.

      Christine Holt - Manager
      Christine is Lillingtons longest serving member of staff having joined us as a part time negotiator five years ago and is now our branch manager. Born and bred in Cumbria and with over 12 years experience in the industry she brings a great deal of knowledge and bundles of enthusiasm to the team. A very proud mother to her lovely daughter Amy who is now a Dr of Psychology, Christine can usually be found organising Gt Broughton carnival and various other fund raising events but when she gets some time to herself she enjoys walking and reading... often accompanied by a glass of well deserved wine.

      Anya Caine - Valuations Manager
      Born in Holland, Anya relocated to Workington at an early age where she attended Stainburn Secondary School. Following further education where Anya obtained a qualification in Hotel Management she went on to work in sales administration. A change of direction in 1996 started Anya's career in Estate Agency and she has worked in management roles ever since. Anya 's role as Valuations Manager for our Workington and Cockermouth branches enables her to see a wide range of properties and meet people from all walks of life which she really enjoys. Anya is a busy mum to her lovely daughter and when she gets some "me" time, she enjoys yoga, a good film or book.

      Jill Johnson - Sales Negotiator
      Jill is the most recent member of the Cockermouth team, having spent 17 years in her previous role. It is Jill's job to help match properties we have for sale with applicants looking for a new home, deal with the resulting viewings and negotiate offers. She has lived in the Cockermouth area all her life with her husband and two beautiful children. Jill loves getting away for short breaks and holidays with her family and spending time with her husband and children at weekends. She is a member of KABS at Broughton School which is a fundraising parents association. Her hobbies are walking and swimming.

      Having left school and gone onto college to study business administration Clare realised that it was an office environment she wished to work in and she moved to Cumbria from Newcastle just over a year ago to work for Lillingtons. Her role sees her looking after the property administration of all three branches which covers a wide variety of responsibilities. When she isnt working she enjoys taking her two children walking in the fells and enjoying the fabulous countryside which Cumbria has to offer.
