    Administration Fee
    As soon as you have found the right property you are required to pay a non-refundable administration fee. This holds the property subject to contract and satisfactory references. This does not in any way form a contract or form any obligation upon the Landlord or Naylor Powell.

    Tenancy Application

    You will be asked to complete a Tenancy Application form which will detail all your contact details, employment history and references. Once completed and returned your application is then submitted to our referencing agency for approval.

    As soon as we receive a reply from the credit referencing agency we will let you know the result and aim to confirm the move-in date. You are required to take up occupation of the tenancy within 2 weeks of satisfactory references unless agreed otherwise.

    James Birt MNAEA MARLA, Director
    James joined Naylor Powell in 1999 as a trainee negotiator in our Gloucester branch. He worked his way up through the company and became a Director in 2008. 

    James leads from the front, always happy to put the effort and hours in to get the conclusion our clients expect. He constantly strives to ensure both him and the team offer the highest levels of customer service. His biggest achievement within the industry was collecting The Estate Agent of The Year Award from Channel 4's Phil Spencer, he has obtained the ABBE Level 3 Diploma in Property and the NFOPP Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property.

    Alistair Webb MARLA, Lettings Manager
    Alistair joined Naylor Powell in 2017 as the Lettings Manager in the Gloucester Docks office. With four years' experience in the property industry, customer service is at the forefront of everything he does. Outside of work, Alistair is an avid football fan and enjoys exploring the local countryside. He also partakes in the, very occasional, gym session!

    Robert has worked for Naylor Powell since 2010 and in that time has helped to launch both the Stonehouse and Cheltenham branches. With strong beliefs in customer service Robert continues to push forward in providing customers with a service that is second to none and installs these beliefs within the sales team.     Leah joined Naylor Powell in 2013 and just happens to have the same name as one of the company co-founders. She has lived in the local area all her life. Since joining the team she has obtained the ABBE Level 2 Diploma in Property and NFOPP Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property and Residential Property Letting and Management. Outside of work Leah enjoys antiques and collectables, especially costume jewellery and likes going for walks in the local countryside with her dog. She has lived in the local area all her life.

    Ruth Bartlett, Negotiator
    Ruth joined Naylor Powell in February 2016 having worked for another local estate agency before that. She enjoys the vendor/customer contact and the input that comes with finding someone their next home. She has a good local knowledge of Stonehouse and the surrounding areas, having lived in the Stroud area for the past 25 years. Ruth has obtained the ABBE Level 3 Diploma in Property and the NFOPP Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property. Currently living in Saul with her husband and two children, Ruth enjoys exploring the countryside, cycling, and sitting down with a good book!

    Giles joined the Stonehouse branch as a Sales Negotiator in September 2017, after graduating with Honours in Real Estate Management from the University of Oxford Brookes. Through living and working in and around the Cotswold market towns of Nailsworth & Stroud, Giles has developed a strong knowledge of the area and local property market. Giles likes to stay up to date on his sports and is also a keen cyclist. Giles also enjoys exploring the local countryside and beyond with his 2 black labs, come rain or shine

    Liz joined Naylor Powell as a sales co-ordinator and has since obtained the ABBE Level 3 Diploma in Property and the NFOPP Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property and is currently working towards the ABBE level 3 diploma in Residential Property Letting and Management. Her qualifications and nearly 10 years' experience provides Liz with a wealth of knowledge about the sales and rental processes. Liz provides crucial support to the Property Management department liaising with both landlords and tenants.

    Charlotte joined Naylor Powell as a Property Management Co-ordinator. Her role involves liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors on a daily basis to organise a vast range of property management issues. Charlotte has completed a Level 2 NVQ and is currently working towards an ABBE Level 3 Diploma in Residential Property Letting and Management.

    Carolyn has also been with Naylor Powell for many years but not quite as many as her sister Sue. Carolyn joined Naylor Powell in 1992 after having her children and has worked in a number of roles within the business. She is now the friendly voice at the other end of the phone when tenants or landlords have queries with regards to property maintenance.
