    Why go to a Bank or Building Society when you are looking for a Mortgage?

    Where else would you go......?

    Well, it begs the question of independence and impartiality doesn't it? Realistically, banks and building societies can only discuss in depth the products that they have to offer. Let's face it, when did your building society last reward you with "go to the bank down the road, they could save you a fortune".

    Don't get me wrong, banks and building societies offer some great incentives. But with hundreds of different packages to choose from, how can you expect to pick your way through the maze of Lower Rates, Bigger Discount, Shorter Redemption, Fixed Rate, Interest Only, Total Flexibility etc.

    The safest and only truly independent way would be to consult an Independent Mortgage Adviser for free and impartial advice. Robert is and always has been passionate about selling properties and serving the community. He lives locally and when not working is involved in various community and charitable activities. A keen Campanologist, he rings the bells at Christchurch Priory as well as other local churches, and also does voluntary work at Hengistbury Head Visitor Centre. Robert has a great appreciation of the local area and enjoys cycling, boating and walking his springer spaniel, Stella, with the family.

    Susan has worked within the business of buying and selling property for twenty five years, spending the first ten years of her career dealing with the legal side of property transactions, training and qualifying as a legal executive, before moving over to estate agency after having children.     Claire Sukkar joined Henry George in 2003 and has specialised in the sale of 'Village' property where she has gained extensive knowledge and experience. Claire's parents were both estate agents and she believes her love of working in the property industry stemmed from her early teens when she was corralled to work in her father's busy office every Saturday morning and sent out on her first viewing at 14! The enjoyment has never diminished and every sale she negotiates is as exciting as her first.Claire has three adult daughters and was overjoyed to become a grandmother. In her spare time, Claire enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling and long country walks with Maggie, the Labradoodle, who comes to work with her every day and keeps her sane when the pressure is on!
