        Selling Your Property
      

    Selling can be a stressful business. At Palmer & Partners, we feel we have the right team to take the stress out of your sale or purchase. Not only have all our staff got years of experience, we also have an experienced designated sales progressor to keep you in touch with your sale every step of the way. At the valuation stage, one of our experienced valuers will come out to appraise your property. Prior to meeting you, they will have spent a considerable amount of time researching comparable properties not only from our own database but from within the market as a whole. With this knowledge we are well placed to value your property at the correct price, ensuring that we attain the maximum price. Once your property is placed on the market, we have an extensive range of applicants both locally and nationally that we would contact immediately by phone and e-mail.  

         Marketing

    • We feel that one of the key areas where we excel against our competition is with regards to photography. All of our valuers have professional quality photography equipment and will spend considerable time ensuring your property is shown to its full potential. The valuer will then go onto prepare a comprehensive 3D floor plan of your property alongside the internal photographs. The floor plan and pictures are crucial to online marketing and we accentuate this with Premium Listings on Rightmove as well as further advertising on palmerpartners.com, Zoopla.com and all other major web portals.

    •  Buyers are less likely to enquire without a floorplan. Over a third of buyers told Rightmove that they were less likely to enquire about a property without a floorplan. They stated that they want to see the room layout, to see where the rooms fit in relation to other rooms and to understand the flow of the property. That is why at Palmer & Partners we have chosen to give our sellers 2D and 3D floorplans as part of our standard marketing package. 

    Sales Process    

    • All offers on your property will be financially substantiated by either checking with the purchaser's bank/building society, or alternatively, by speaking with our financial consultants. This ensures that should you proceed with any interested parties with Palmer and Partners, you are secure in the knowledge that their position has been confirmed. As previously mentioned, we have a full-time sales progressor in each branch both with considerable experience in the business, making sure that they make your transaction as smooth as possible. Their job is to keep you fully up to date with proceedings having liaised with solicitors, surveyors and the banks or building societies involved. We feel that this information is vital to a stress free move.
