    We offer 4 different types of service.  Find a Tenant Only, Rent Collect Only, Full Management & Full Management Plus.  Further information on each level of service is available upon request.  We are happy to work with which ever service suits your needs best.

    We ensure that potential tenants are fully referenced to reduce the risk of non payment of rent or damage to the property.  This includes credit checks,previous landlords referencing and employers references and recommendation for a guarantor if required.

    We have a variety of reliable,fully qualified and local tradesman who we use for the gas and electrical certification and we are happy to ensure these are renewed as required under the full management service.

    Rent Guarantee Insurance
    Providing the applicant passes the referencing then we are able to offer Rent Guarantee Insurance which ensures you get paid your rent even if for some reason the tenant fails to pay the rent! Legal fees are also included to help evict tenants if required.  t & c apply

    No Hidden Charges!
    We have a simple application process.  There is an application fee when applying for a property.  We require no further payment until references are acceptable and then we ask you for the damage deposit plus the first month's rent advance therefore no hidden charges.

    Damage Deposit
    Your damage deposit will be protected with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) within 30 days of receiving the funds.  This will ensure that your deposit is protected until the end of the tenancy.  Should there be any discrepancy with the property at the end of the tenancy compared to the inventory, the DPS offer a full arbitration service.

    Tenants Contents Insurance
    The landlord will ensure the building but any possessions that you take into the property will be your responsibility to ensure, if you wish to.  Our referencing company or our independent advisor can offer you quotations for this at any time.

    Tara Burton - Managing Director
    I have been working with the company since July 2007 and in that time the market has changed completely. This has provided opportunities for me to learn all aspects of the business. I have a thirst for knowledge and am therefore a fully qualified member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

    Since March 2013 I have managed the lettings department and with the support of my colleagues we have expanded the department with growing success. I also still play an active role as a Sales Negotiator and work mainly at our Dereham office although I do spend some time at our thriving Reepham office.

      Tara Burton - Managing Director
      Having been interested in property from a young age, I started my career with Parsons & Company in 2007 as a junior negotiator. Working hard, I progressed up the ladder learning each section of the business until January 2016 when I was offered a directorship by the company founder Neil Parsons. I was thrilled to accept his offer and two years later I found myself purchasing the business so Neil could retire having worked in the industry for nearly 40 years. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have a very loyal and hardworking team at my side and together we will continue to use traditional estate agency methods with a mix of modern-day technology to help our customers/clients for the next 40 years.

      I am a very family orientated person and enjoy spending valuable time with my family when I am not working (especially my little niece and nephew). I also enjoy cooking/baking and dancing - good luck getting me off the dance floor before the last song has finished playing! Having lived in Beeston all my life, I think it is essential to keep our community spirit alive so have enjoyed various roles from being a school governor to parish councillor over time, I currently sit on the village hall committee and play my part in organising various events from our village fete to summer BBQ nights, Christmas bingo and all events in between.

I have continued to work in Reepham when Tops Ewings took over and then joined Parsons and Company in 2009 as senior sales negotiator. I have extensive knowledge about the local area and the people in the town and pride myself in making all aspects of selling and purchasing run smoothly and totally stress free.

      Outside of work, I enjoy spending valuable time with my family and having four Grandsons keeps me extremely busy. My two black Labradors, Maisy and Bailey love the Norfolk countryside which we can experience close to home. Myself and my Husband love to take city breaks away and experience their different cultures and architecture.

      Lauren Rowland - Senior Lettings Negotiator
      Since joining Parson & Co in 2013, I started my career in property working part time as a Lettings Administrator, working my way up over the years to my current role as Senior Lettings Negotiator. I enjoy every aspect of the role from guiding first time landlords through the lettings process to the day to day management of our Dereham properties.

      Working in the property industry has also enabled me to buy my first home which I have been renovating over the past few months, and I can now finally enjoy all the hard work. I enjoy keeping fit in my local gym and socialising at the weekends with my sisters and friends. My main passion however is for travel; everything from backpacking across Thailand to watching the Northern Lights in Iceland . . . but not forgetting being a big kid in Disneyworld!

      I joined Parsons & Co in March 2019 as the office administrator to complete an apprenticeship in Business Administration and I am mainly based at our Dereham branch, along with helping out at the Reepham office when required. Since having completed my apprenticeship, I have progressed into sales negotiating and accompanying viewings, along with completing the admin. Having been raised in the town, I know the area exceptionally well which aids in giving all our clients the best service they could receive.

      Outside of work, I lead a very busy life as I love to keep active by attending my local gym most nights, walking my dog and looking after my ex-polo pony, Ninja.
