After researching what other agencies had to offer, we decided that in the current economic climate, the fixed fee charged by Patch suited our requirements best. After telephoning the office to book a valuation we had a visit the following day and the approved schedule and photographs were online within a couple of days. We were kept informed of all online views on our property on a weekly basis in an email from Jane. Marie and Danielle phoned to arrange viewings promptly and we always received feedback, in a call, the following day. In a slow market which can be frustrating for sellers, Danielle was able to offer advice and give reassurance that the best possible service was being given to sell our property. She was also available out of hours when required. When our property sold the offer process was seamless and efficient.
