    All offers we receive on your property will be discussed personally with you by your dedicated sales consultant. We will qualify each offer, verifying chain details and the financial circumstances of the potential buyer, whilst working at all times to ensure that we achieve the best possible price for your property.

    Upon an offer being accepted we will instruct your solicitors to start the legal process straight away.

    Once the sale has been agreed and solicitors are instructed, we will regularly liaise with all parties on a weekly basis providing you with up to date feedback on how the sale is progressing. We are used to working closely with most of the local solicitors which can speed up the conveyancing process and ensure that any issues that may arise can be resolved quickly.

    Exchange & Completion

    On the day of exchange your buyer will pay the solicitor a non-refundable deposit. At this point you are both legally obliged to continue to completion.

    The day has arrived! On instruction from the solicitors we will release your keys to the buyer and you can begin moving in to your new home!

    I started my career in 1973 with family firm, Spring Estate Agency, and have traded in Hull & the East Riding villages all my professional life. Gaining recognised membership as a Fellow of the National Association Of Estate Agents, I strive to deliver a highly personalised service with frankness at all times in order to find the right buyer for your property, at the best price, in the shortest possible time.

    After starting my working life as a teacher, I joined Spring Estate Agency in 1986 and I quickly progressed to ultimately managing one of Yorkshire's most successful and profitable branches within group following the sale of Spring in 1987. I believe my personality and people skills have allowed me to not only succeed within the industry as an individual but shape the company which we run today. I now oversee our large, successful rental department.

    Matthew Holmes - Sales Director
    Always having a keen interest in the property industry I decided against the University route and to just start my career from the bottom. I joined a local Estate Agent firm in 2007 as a trainee and learnt the foundations very quickly whilst enhancing my skills through level 2 and 3 NVQ in Residential Property Sales. After the retirement of once of the Senior Partners at the firm I then took up the responsibility of managing the full property stock. In 2011 I made the switch to Philip Bannister & Co to progress my career further in a more sales focused environment.  I am now the Sales Director for the company.

    I have been in the property industry since 2014 when I first enrolled on a Business Administration apprenticeship which allowed me to gain knowledge from an Estate Agent where the administration department was the engine of the business.
