    What does the role include? Having 22 Years within the industry I am more than happy to help out with all aspects of the extremely varied job roles that unfold within the Property Management profession. However, as the business has grown over these past 12 years I find myself working upstairs within our accounts department and HR team, only coming back into the fold as and when requested from our fabulously dedicated team downstairs! 
    What do you love most about working at Poppy? I love being involved in such a faced paced industry, there really is no feeling like the thrill of the chase and closing a sale. I really enjoy forging relationships with our clients and delivering a service above and beyond their expectations. What makes our Company particularly special is the magnificent team of people we have working here. Honestly, without them we would not be able to provide such an intimate, professional service which our clients find so unique. 
    I f you could have a super power what would it be and why? Some sort of Super Stomach, enabling me to eat whatever I wanted without gaining weight!!

    What does the role include?
    I am the Office Manager. I help my team in everything that they may need and also make sure everything in the office in running smoothly in all aspects. My favourite part of the job is making sure my team are all happy. 
    What do you love most about working at Poppy? The thing I love most is the bond we have as a team. We are a family who always look out for each other. 
    If you could have a super power what would it be and why? I would love to be able to talk to dead people, so I could pass on final messages which people never got chance to say.

    I have two cats and a dog 
    I have a phobia of frogs 
    My favourite alcoholic drink is white wine
    My favourite food are Yorkshire puddings

    Amy Towse -Senior Sales & Lettings Coordinator
    What does your role include? An integral part of the team working alongside manager Faye and helping to support the office. I deal with all aspects of being an Estate Agent and speak with new clients, landlords and tenants on a daily basis working hard to ensure that we deliver the highest standard of customer service. I LOVE the marketing side of the job - my favourite parts being visiting our new properties to carry out photography, floor plans and getting the details uploaded onto our website! 
    What do you love most about working at Poppy? I love working with such a great bunch of people - we are like a little family and coming to work is always fun! 
    If you had a super power what would it be and why? To be invincible so that I'm not afraid to do anything scary!

    It's widely known that I LOVE CATS
    I'm a Gin Queen - you will usually find me out socialising with a G&T in hand
    I'm a Shopaholic which makes me the offices resident walk in wardrobe!
    I love anything pink and Unicorn themed
    Holidays are my favourite! I love exploring new destinations and making memories!

    Heather Cody - Tenancy Accounts Manager
    Heather handles our accounts and invoicing. She covers everything from handling invoices for our suppliers, chasing arrears to receiving rent from our tenants. Heather manages the general accounting and liaises with both our landlords and contractors. Heather is the office mummy bear and go-to advice lady. She spends most of her time in the garden, enjoying great food and the odd glass of wine.

    Lauren Kirkham - Sales & Lettings Coordinator
    What does the role include? My Job title is Sales & Lettings Coordinator. I am first point of call on the phones and on the info inbox. I deal with booking viewings and Valuations in to our diaries and I also deal with day to day repairs for our properties. 
    What do you love most about working at Poppy? I have been working at Poppy for just under a year and every member of staff has been welcoming and very helpful. The office is a happy team working environment. Within the time I have worked here I have learnt numerous skills that all staff members have shared with me with their in depth knowledge in property. 
    If you could have a super power what would it be and why? If I could have any super power, it would be to read minds. This is mainly because I am very nosey and would be able to tell what people really think in situations. 

    Five things about me: 
    I have a phobia of Sharks and anything that lives in the sea! 
    I love my two dogs, who are called Boo and Scooby. 
    Everyone in the office comes to me for makeup brush advice! 
    My favourite TV programme is Love Island. 
    I am currently doing an apprenticeship in level 2 business administration.

    Benjamin Horth - Sales & Lettings Coordinator
    What does your role include? My role is conducting property inspections, carrying out both sales and lettings viewings, along with day-to-day administrative office tasks and also including making the tea .As the year goes on, my job will focus more on new business, developing existing relationships and capitalising on sales and lettings opportunities. My favourite part of the job is introducing viewers to our range of available homes, discussing the application process and being a part of the thrill of them settling into their new home.
    What do you love the most about Poppy Residential Ltd? The best part of my job is working with a fabulous team of women who all tolerate having a man around, with recent changes, the office 'togetherness' has rocketed and together we are delivering our expectations and targets. As the 'man of the house', my passion is getting the girls in sports related competitions, quizzes and generally getting everyone involved in out of office social occasions. I'm sure the other girls in the office who describe me as the joker in the pack and I very much act up on the stereotypical big man, big personality role.
    If you had a super power, what would it be and why? My super power would be to read minds, very much like the film, What Women Want. It would be a great to know the people's thoughts of me so I could spend time with the right people and I could be there for the people who need me the most. A bit deep, but I'd love it.

    Five things about me: 
    I'm not actually that interesting, just talk a load of waffle
    I had a liver transplant in 1997 and was once on the books at Leeds United academy
    My biggest fear is snakes, leather trousers and polystyrene
    I love football, comedy and the occasional drinks with friends and family
    I love my own voice, value my own opinion and will try anything twice

    Samantha Dunn - Sales & Lettings Coordinator
    What does your role include? My job role includes handling the residential sales and purchases. With over 15 years' experience as a legal secretary I use my insight of the legal process to assist our buyers and sellers with their transactions from the initial offer making to the day their property transaction completes. I also undertake property inspections, viewings, meeting our clients to sign the Tenancy paperwork and my favourite part which is handing them the keys to their new homes. 
    What do you love most about working at Poppy? As a newly appointed Estate Agent I have been welcomed into the Poppy family with open arms. The team here are friendly, happy and extremely hard working. I have worked in large and small offices and can easily say without any doubt Poppy is the nicest and most rewarding place I have ever worked. 
    If you had a super power what would it be and why? If I could have a superpower it would be to teleport anywhere! I would be at the top of the pyramids in Egypt at the click of a finger! 

    Five things about me: 
    I have 3 beautiful children that have aged me by 10 years and drive me crazy every day!
    I really want to go shark diving!
    I love to travel and my life goal is to visit every state in America.
    I truly believe life is too short to feel angry or sad 
    I try to see the good side of everything every day, even if it seems impossible.
