    What does the role include? Having 22 Years within the industry I am more than happy to help out with all aspects of the extremely varied job roles that unfold within the Property Management profession. However, as the business has grown over these past 12 years I find myself working upstairs within our accounts department and HR team, only coming back into the fold as and when requested from our fabulously dedicated team downstairs! 

    What do you love most about working at Poppy? I love being involved in such a faced paced industry, there really is no feeling like the thrill of the chase and closing a sale. I really enjoy forging relationships with our clients and delivering a service above and beyond their expectations. What makes our Company particularly special is the magnificent team of people we have working here. Honestly, without them we would not be able to provide such an intimate, professional service which our clients find so unique. 

    I f you could have a super power what would it be and why? Some sort of Super Stomach, enabling me to eat whatever I wanted without gaining weight!!

    What does your job role include? I deal with all aspects of being an Estate Agent but mostly the marketing side of the job - my favourite parts being visiting our new properties to carry out photography, floor plans and getting the details uploaded onto our website!

    What do you love most about working at Poppy? I love working with such a great bunch of people - we are like a little family and coming to work is always fun!

    If you could have a super power what would it be and why? To be invincible so that I'm not afraid to do anything scary!

    What does your job role include? 
    I am the Client Accounts Manager and part of my job role is to oversee, collect & disperse rents to our Landlords, along with credit control and Contractor payments.

    What do you love most about working at Poppy? As one of the longest serving members of staff I have seen the company grow from strength to strength and it is always a joy to come to work with these lovely people.

    If you could have a super power what would it be and why? The super power I must have would to be an Avatar (to have a genetically engineered body with a human mind) and LOVE that I could fly!

    What does your job role include? 
    My job role includes being the first point of call with the phone and the info emails, as well as dealing with day to day repairs. I also deal with the application process and the move in of new tenants.

    What do you love most about working at Poppy? What I love most by working at Poppy is the team atmosphere, everybody is always happy to help each other.

    If you could have a super power what would it be and why? It would be to read people's minds. This is mainly because I am very nosey and would be able to tell what people really think in situations.

    What does your job role include? My main roles are to help produce ingoing and outgoing inspection reports and deal with all aspects of the release of a tenants deposit when they move out. I work closely with our landlords and tenants to make sure that the process is as seamless as possible.

    What do you love most about working at Poppy? I love how welcoming the team are and how quickly I was able settle into my role here with the help of my colleagues.

    If you could have a super power what would it be and why? If I could have a super power it would be to fly, being able to see everything from a different perspective would be amazing.

    What does your job role include? 
    My main role is to conduct accompanied viewings and also to undertake interim inspection for properties. I also help out in the day running of the office.

    What do you love most about working at Poppy? My team because I am new to Poppy Residential however I already feel like part of the team <3 and contact with the people.

    If you could have a super power what would it be and why? If I could have a super power it would be stop the time. I don't like to be late on viewings... with this super power I will be everywhere on time.

    What does your job role include?
    My job role includes being the first point of call with our clients whether that be on the telephone, face to face or over email! I respond to our online enquiries and make sure that our customers get to view their dream properties at the right times for them! I also deal with the maintenance side of the business reporting any repairs and working alongside our trusty contractors to make sure that our landlords properties are kept in good order and our tenants are kept happy.

    What do you love most about working at Poppy? What I love most about working at Poppy is working with such a supporting team I feel extremely lucky to work with such a fantastic team

    If you could have a super power what would it be and why? If I could have a super power it would be to fly ! I would love to be a little fairy and fly around spreading love and magic around to everybody!

    What does your job role include?As an accompanied viewer you must be honest, reliable and trustworthy as you will be responsible for showing potential buyers around clients' properties and making sure they are safe and secure before you leave. Pointing out the key features and benefits of each property you will promote the company image and cross sell other parts of the business, including financial services and conveyancing. On completion of the viewing you will feedback to the sales team in branch in order of the Consultants to feedback to the vendors.

    What do you love most about working at Poppy?Work-Life Balance. "I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my job. And be able to Helping Others. And no day is the same.

    If you could have a super power what would it be and why?Power/Ability to: Teleport from one location to another. The ability to move instantaneously from one location to another without physically occupying the space in between. Life would be one long holiday.
