    We know that our Tenants want a home to be proud of, and support on hand should anything go wrong during their tenancy.

    We specialise exclusively in the rental of high quality homes, so we have access to some of the best properties in and around Bath.

    We are fair and straightforward:
    • Upon payment of the Holding Deposit, the property status is changed to 'Let Agreed' (subject to contract), and isn't shown to any other applicants.
    • Our referencing process is thorough but clear and flexible.
    • You are given a draft copy of your custom Tenancy Agreement as soon as you pay your Holding Deposit.

    We are contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the event of an emergency in your rental property (if it is Managed by Reside and not the Landlord), and we fix problems quickly.

    Ben knows all there is to know about the Bath lettings market and will happily advise aspiring or experienced landlords. He was one of Reside's founders in 2008. Outside work, Ben has recently become a father to little Brandon and his passion is Formula 1 racing.

    Toby holds a Level 3 ARLA Propertymark qualification and runs the 'engine room' at Reside, making sure that properties are perfectly-presented and let quickly at a good rent. When not working, Toby is happiest when enjoying a day's cricket.
