    Susanne is a long-standing employee based in our Streatham office; Susanne lives locally and champions local and school events. Her experience and training in her formal legal career make her incredibly proficient and valued in her position. She enjoys liaising with neighbouring organisations and assisting in charity events whilst maintaining the office accounts and banking. She is a real community spirit and a calm, giving person.

    Connie Ahearn - Office Administrator
    Connie is the "Mama Bear" of the company. She began working for Samuel Estates in March 2007 and can only be described as conscientious, humorous, compassionate & considerate. She is responsible for the general administration of the office, dealing with Landlord & Tenant Packs, setting up utility accounts for our tenants who are in managed properties, registering tenancy deposits and is responsible for logging the service charges and ground rents on our clients' managed properties.

    Angela Bartiromo - Property Inspector
    Angela has worked for Samuel Estates since May 2011 and is a conscientious, bubbly, outgoing person. She forms part of the Property Management team and looks after approximately 100 managed properties, liaising between the landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure that any issues reported are dealt with and resolved in a timely manner.

    Lars Andriol - Property Manager
    Lars is an outgoing and open-minded person who strives to go above and beyond to assist clients. As a Property Manager he deals with daily maintenance issues that are reported by tenants as well as carrying out routine property inspections to ensure the properties are kept in a good condition. Lars joined Samuel Estates in November 2015 and has become a valuable asset to the property management team.

    Paul Ahearn - Director
    Paul is originally from Zimbabwe, joining Samuel Estates in 2007, previously coming from an accounting background. Paul has worked hard to assist in growing and making Samuel Estates the success we are today. Paul's main role is overseeing the property management department, landlord and tenant accounting and the day-to-day operations of the company. His knowledge and understanding of tenancy agreements is second to none. When he finds time to relax, he loves nothing more than a Braai with his family and friends.

    Nick Samuel MNAEA MARLA - Managing Director
    Nick is our founder and Managing Director having started the Company back in 2005. Samuel Estates has grown since then both organically and by way of acquisitions. We now have three busy offices in Balham, Colliers Wood and Streatham. 

    Nick believes in businesses supporting their local communities and is quite well known amongst the local business communities in Wandsworth & Merton and is also on the Board of Directors of the Merton Chamber of Commerce. Alongside this, Nick is the Chairman of the Balham Town Centre Partnership Board - the body responsible for helping to channel developments in Balham. This body comprises members of local businesses, the Balham Society, Wandsworth Council and other local representatives.

    He is an avid supporter of many local charities including Centrepoint who provide housing and support for young people in London.

    Nick lives locally in Balham and enjoys a glass of wine at a few local haunts where he can always be found talking about property and all things property related! He also spends some time working with property in Devon and each year goes to visit our clients overseas, particularly in South Africa, The United Arab Emirates and Australia.

We believe that by keeping you informed of exactly what is happening, what has happened and what is still left to be done on a weekly basis, ensures that you feel in control and alleviates a lot of the stress that comes with selling a house.
