    We use a team of experienced professional photographers who are highly skilled and equipped with top of the range professional cameras and lighting equipment. The creative photographers love what they do and are always on the lookout for a unique feature or an imaginative angle. All images are retouched in house to ensure that every property, whether it is a one bedroom flat or a twelve-bedroom country estate is showcased consistently to its full potential. This can include adding blue skies, colour balancing or removing unsightly objects for example.

    When registering with us you will need to let us know what your criteria is; long term, short term, pets, close to the High Street, mainline station or a school etc. This will help us best match you to the properties we have available. For example, not all landlords accept pets but we will do our best to find you a suitable property. Once you have found the property you like, we take a holding deposit which secures the property for you. We can then start the referencing process to ensure you can afford the rental commitment.

    We will be on hand to support you right up to the day you move in.

    Jamie Hynes MARLA MNAEA (Joint owner)
    Born, raised and educated in Guildford, and currently resides on Pewley Hill with his Wife Kerrie, two children and pug Bailey. Spanning an impressive 18 years' experience within the property industry Jamie has worked in and around the prestigious Surrey Hills area collating a wealth of knowledge he will bring with him to Dorking. Not only does he know the local area due to friends and family living locally he is also a keen sportsman - predominantly running and cycling regularly takes part in various charity events such as the Ride100 and the Surrey half marathon.

    David Driscoll MNAEA (Joint owner)
    Having grown up in Westcott, attended The Ashcombe school in Dorking and loves working in his home town, bringing with him lots of local knowledge and contacts. He currently lives in Brockham with his wife Sara, daughter Sophie and Son George. David's other passion is football, he has been a lifelong Fulham supporter and attends matches when time permits. He himself has played for most of the local teams, including Dorking Wanderers. David has been an estate agent since 2000, running a number of successful branches in Surrey and is dedicated to the job, always making sure that clients can contact him whatever the time of day.

    Tim Loder Lettings Branch Manager 
    Tim has lived in Dorking for 15 years and has both sold and purchased property with Seymours. He has a wealth of experience and has worked in the Lettings industry for over 26 years, 7 of those working as a Lettings Manager in Dorking. Being a Landlord himself gives him a great understanding of his clients requirements. Tim lives with his partner Rachel and his Border Terrier Georgie. Both of his children attended schools in Dorking. He enjoys going to the gym, walking in the Surrey hills and on rare occasions, can be seen playing the guitar in a local band that he has been part of for 20 years.

    Becky Spiers Lettings Associate 
    Becky has worked in the Lettings industry for over 20 years, having started her career as an administrator and working her way up through the ranks to Lettings Manager. Before joining Seymours Dorking in 2017, Becky previously managed a Lettings Estate Agents which covered Dorking and the Mole Valley area for close to 10 years. Becky has a real passion for the countryside having grown up in the Surrey Hills and spends most of her spare time with her two children, partner Rory and family and friends. She enjoys walks in the lovely local countryside. Becky has recently renovated her own home and enjoys cooking and gardening and loves spending time at the coast.

    Penny Meadows
    Penny started life in Ashtead, Surrey before moving to Dorking and was educated locally. She has worked in the travel industry for 17 years and has been lucky enough to escort clients on some of the overseas tours and adventures. Penny has lived in Horsham and North Holmwood, and now resides in the village of Brockham with her husband and three children. Penny enjoys the 'good life' on her allotment, tending to her six chickens. She relaxes with yoga and joins her husband on classic motorcycle weekend events. Having three children means she can regularly be seen volunteering with local charities and clubs.
