When choosing a property, either direct from the landlord or through a letting agent, the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) suggest a tenant should ensure the agent or landlord is accredited by The Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA).

Similarly, as members of The Tenancy Deposit Scheme, we can offer assurance to both landlords and tenants that any deposit on an assured shorthold tenancy is fully protected.
