    Whilst over the years many of our competitors have branched into lettings, holiday rentals, commercial property, financial advice etc., we have remained true to our core business of residential sales, with all of our staff soley dedicated to what they do best - selling houses, flats and bungalows across the Island.
    As masters of the one trade, we have also remained true to the concept of no sale no fee.

    We don't believe, even with the best will in the world, upfront payment can possibly be enough incentive to secure the end result you're looking for but with the pace of people's lives in a changing world it is only right and proper to be paid on results in case you yourself have a change of heart.

    We believe that estate agency isn't about simply selling the property.

    It's about what happens beforehand and how we dedicate our time to understanding what our clients want to achieve. How we interpret that and what we do about it can have a huge affect on someones life and we make sure we always remember this is not and has never been a property business, it's a people business.

    That's why we pride ourselves on our people, many of whom have been with us for more than ten years some for much longer, and who are highly trained and experienced to guide you through the process, and offer the highest level of friendly customer service along the way.

    Our service isn't the cheapest - nor would we want it to be. We value your home and recognise it's your greatest asset, we want to offer a service that reflects that. Often the charges that look cheaper can end up with extras; it can cost you money or even worse, you could lose your dream home.

    That's why we believe that 'no sale-no fee' remains the best way to sell and we only get paid on results. Not paying commission isn't the greatest misery, but paying and ending up with nothing would be very ... unfortunate.

    Simon Meek Director MNAEA
    After dabbling in both the finance sector and the retail clothing sector Simon realised very early on in his Estate Agency career that it was the right vocation for him. He started as a junior negotiator in 1996 and threw himself in to the variety of tasks agency incorporates. By 2002 he had become a director embracing the future prospects of the company within his remit. A genuine enjoyment of working in the business keeps him working hard to offer the best service possible whilst delivering the right results, no pun intended, to both clients and customers alike. Outside of work Simon is a keen cyclist, footballer and generally in to keeping fit which he believes helps to keep him top of his game.

    Kevin Davis Senior Negotiator BA Hons
    Kevin's first taste of Estate Agency was back in the late 90's dealing with the finance side as a mortgage adviser, but for the past decade he's been on the front line of property sales. In addition Kevin has held roles as a senior general manager and pub landlord so brings a wealth of skills and experience to the Ryde team. The continuous challenge that the job offers has motivated Kevin to deliver unrivalled customer service which has resulted in outstanding sales results. 'I don't consider the role a sales job, more of a fortunate position of helping people find their dream home.' Kevin is blessed with a wonderful family including two daughters aged 11 & 8 and a dog called Stella... Outside of work Kevin likes to keep active weight training and has a new passion for running.

    Natalie has many years experience working within the Estate Agency industry and understands what is needed to bring a good level of customer service. Natalie enjoys learning about different areas of the property market and has renovated properties of her own so knows the process from start to finish and has a keen eye for detail. The best challenge for Natalie is finding someone their dream home and handing the keys over, it always brings a smile to her face. Natalie is always on hand to help guide people through what could be a stressful process. In Natalie's spare time she enjoys going to gym and spending time with her family and fiancé.

Phil has worked in every part of the Island, and this the second time he been based in Ryde, his favourite town to sell properties in.
