    Manage & Protect
    Sit back, relax and watch the money come in. We will, quite simply, take care of everything - from finding the tenant, collecting the rent, to dealing with any property maintenance issues throughout the tenancy. On top of this you will also receive rent protection, a repossession service and eviction of squatters. We think it's a no brainer.

    Fully Managed
    A fully inclusive service where we will advertise the rental property and find the tenant, move them in and register the bond then deal with any issues the tenant may have day to day and collect the rent each month.

    Rent Receipt
    We will advertise the property, find you a great tenant and get them moved in. You will deal with day to day matters and maintenance but we will collect hte rent each month and deal with tenancy renewals or re-letting.

    Tenant Find Only
    We find the perfect tenant - simple. Ideal if you're an experienced landlord, happy to look after the day to day management of the property yourself, but want to take advantage of our expertise in marketing your property and setting up the tenancy.

    At Whitegates we pride ourselves on customer service and like to deal with things efficiently. You will be kept informed of any maintenance or general matters raised by your tenants and we have a great team of qualified contractors at hand ready to go and inspect. Our Senior Lettings Negotiator Naomi will be on hand to keep you informed and answer any questions you may have.

    When we manage your property at Whitegates, bonds are registered with the DPS, regular interim inspections are booked and checkouts are carried out at the end of each tenancy.
