Although we have only spoken once, which was last Saturday; I feel that you have been working on our behalf for a couple of months. As you know, we live here in Alicante, Spain. My wife and I have been trying on and off for the last two months to get estate and agent letting agents to help us to find and then help us rent a property in Northamptonshire. What we have experienced, up until making contact with you, has been nothing short of dreadful with virtually all of the agents ignoring our requests for assistance. And I am talking about some of the biggest names in your industry sector and a number of small ones as well. My wife first made contact via the Internet with you early last week regarding a property that was on your books. You kindly replied to gently inform us that the landlord would not allow tenants with domestic cats. I then replied back to you to explain our predicament and to advise that we wanted to work closely with an agent who would seek to help rather than ignore us for, potentially, more easier pickings. Your next reply to us was just the tonic we really needed and you then went off and found us a really nice property in Rushden. I want to underline just how caring and attentive you have been since we first made contact. You promised to help us and that is exactly what you have done. In just a few days, you have restored my faith in estate and letting agents. You should be proud of the customer service that you offer to your prospective clients as I have not received better from the many estate and letting agents I have dealt with over 35 years.
