Although we have only spoken once, which was last Saturday; I feel that you have been working on our behalf for a couple of months. As you know, we live here in Alicante, Spain. My wife and I have been trying on and off for the last two months to get estate and agent letting agents to help us to find and then help us rent a property in Northamptonshire. Your next reply to us was just the tonic we really needed and you then went off and found us a really nice property in Rushden. I want to underline just how caring and attentive you have been since we first made contact. You promised to help us and that is exactly what you have done. In just a few days, you have restored my faith in estate and letting agents. You should be proud of the customer service that you offer to your prospective clients as I have not received better from the many estate and letting agents I have dealt with over 35 years. In my humble opinion, you deserve to be recognised by your superiors for doing an exceptional job. You are, without doubt, a credit to haart.
