    Leanna Donkin - Lettings
    Leanna Donkin joined us in 2018 to set up our Lettings department. Prior to joining, she was at Hamptons for 19 years before leaving the corporate world for an independent with more flexibility.

    house. Partnership had always been an aspirational brand that she had wanted to work for and, having always dealt with the top end of the market, she was very comfortable in this market place, working with both clients and applicants alike.

    With a love of all things property from interiors, furniture and architecture (she is married to an architect!), Leanna loves her job every day and gets much inspiration from her own home and renovation projects. 

    "Setting up the Lettings business felt like running my own business, but with an already established brand, marketing and social media support plus a fantastic team of Sales Partners to bounce ideas off and their black book contacts to draw upon.       Matthew Penfold - Arundel and Sussex
      Matthew Penfold joined house. Partnership in 2022, as Regional Partner.  He was brought up near Worthing and got his first job in estate agency in 1986, and, for the first few years, was based on the West Sussex coast before moving inland to deal with more rural property. Matthew has a huge amount of experience in dealing with a broad range of properties, including country houses, cottages, town houses and residential development sites.

      After graduating, Peter Wright joined the Army on a short service commission serving in Northern Ireland, Gibraltar and the UK. Peter then transitioned into the property industry and spent 18 years as a Director of Mayfair and central London agents.       Jasper Colliver - Barnes & East Sheen
      Jasper Colliver is our Regional Partner covering Putney, Barnes and East Sheen in South West London, where he has spent more than 15 years in senior roles at well-known agencies, including Savills and Hamptons International. Jasper started his agency career with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in Streatham, moving on to KFH Wimbledon, where he discovered that orchestrating successful property deals brought him huge satisfaction. "I love being able to piece everything together for my clients, it's like solving a puzzle," he says.

      Sam Wylie - Clapham & Battersea
      Born in South London, Regional Partner Sam Wylie has some 18 years' experience in property in the area. He started his career in advertising, running poster marketing campaigns, before changing course to take his first agency role with Winkworth in Clapham. "I had always loved property and never looked back," he says. He was swiftly promoted to Associate Director and ran the sales and lettings operation there for four years, before moving to the Battersea branch.       James Harvey - Elmbridge Lettings 
      James Clarke is a property professional with almost 25 years' experience in sales and lettings, mostly in the prime central London areas of Kensington and Chelsea. Having grown up in the Malvern Hills, after leaving university he took on his first estate agency role with a local firm in Worcester. Ambitious and keen to experience the competitive market in the heart of the capital, he moved to London to join Foxtons in Notting Hill as a lettings negotiator, being transferred soon afterwards to manage a team of 12 at Sloane Square. He went on to become Head of Lettings at Bective Leslie Marsh in Kensington, then joined Hamptons International as Branch Director at Hampstead and Belsize Park before spending almost eight years as Head of Lettings Knightsbridge and Mayfair.       James Harvey - Cobham and Surrounding Villages  
      Having grown up in Claygate, attended St John's School in Leatherhead, and lived and worked in Esher and Cobham for most of his career, James Harvey has accumulated an unrivalled knowledge of the area and its property market. James was previously Partner and Office Head of Sales at Knight Frank Cobham. A seasoned professional, he has more than 25 years' experience, starting with James Fancy in Esher in 1998. He spent a couple of years with Curchods Esher before returning to James Fancy to run the Esher office in 2011, which he did for five years before joining Knight Frank. After nearly eight years with KF, he made the decision to leave the corporate world and join house. Partnership in April 2024.

       James currently lives in a property with his partner and their 9-year-old daughter in West Horsley. They have recently been through a major extension and renovation project on their home.       Tom Witchell - Dorking and Surrounding Villages 
      Born and brought up in Dorking, Tom Witchell has almost 25 years' experience of handling property sales in the town and surrounding villages. He started his career in estate agency with Gascoigne Pees before joining White & Sons in Dorking. "I always had an interest in building and architecture because my family had a building business, plus I liked helping people, so it seemed a good fit for me," he says.       Sophie knew she wanted to be in the property sector after having had work experience at Jones Lang LaSalle in Knightsbridge, working under their Office Director. She graduated University in 2023, and joined house Partnership in August 2023, after a period of volunteering in Tanzania. 

      Sophie has had the privilege of being brought up in the Surrey Hills for all of 22 years of her life and is very familiar with the local area. She can offer knowledge in all aspects of a property move, including schooling.
