Letting & Rent Collection Service - 12% inclusive of

Full Management Service - 14% inclusive of VAT

Inventory/check in report @ £240 incl VAT ( based on a 1 bed flat)

Landlords Gas Safety (CP12) @ £108 incl VAT

Landlords Energy Performance Certificate @ £108 incl VAT

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) @ £240 ( based on a 1 bed flat)

Rent Guarantee Insurance @ To be advised

Registration of tenants security deposit m@ £180 incl of VAT ( Managed Properties Only) Any interest paid will belong to the Agent.

Tenancy Renewal Fee @ £90 incl of VAT

Early departing Fee @ £1500 incl of VAT ( only if agreed by Director of James Chiltern)
