All properties featured have been priced to sell quickly. All Part-exchange properties are being sold on behalf of a UK Housebuilder. This means that buyers do not need to worry about chains slowing the sales process. All the properties advertised are chain free and realistically priced. At New Home Agents we understand the needs of all parties involved, both Buying and Selling. Buyers looking to find a below market value home (Bargain) and Vendors (House Builders, Corporate Instructions and Private Vendors) looking to dispose of their properties quickly and efficiently without the expensive costs usually associated with selling a house.

Where do the properties come from?

All the properties advertised come from Developers, House Builders, Private Vendors and Corporate Instructions. i.e. House Builders Part Exchanges - buyers using incentives such as Part-Exchange and Assisted Move use their home as part payment to buy their new build house, leaving the developer with the buyers old property.

Attention Investors & First-Time Buyers - All properties are realistically priced, often 10-20% below market value. All properties are chain free and some properties come with additional incentives such as Stamp Duty Paid and Discounted Legal Fee's.
