Oliver James started as a two person company from a small serviced office in central Huntingdon before moving to an office on Princes Street and then latterly 1 George Street in Huntingdon after the acquisition of Pennington Properties in 2020. Huntingdon, was until 1974, the principal town of the old county of Huntingdonshire. Today it is a thriving East Anglian market town situated 18 miles north west of Cambridge at the junction of the A14 and the A1 main trunk roads.
