We were recommended to Arthur Grace by friends who had been helped navigate a very long purchase process. We could not have hoped for a better decision in choosing to go with them - in fact, our experience with the whole team at Arthur Grace was by far the best experience we've ever had with an estate agents. (I realise some readers of this review may think the bar is set low). We were pleased with the manner in which Ryan presented himself, relevant to the audience, down to earth, more listening than talking and no shiny suits! Ryan was always happy to share his knowledge, was friendly and responsive during the process. All in all, they Arthur Grace were a breath of fresh air during what is normally one of the most stressful processes you'll ever go through. Ryan is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the housing market, both for selling and advising on the new purchase.
