Goodchilds Bloxwich were and have been amazing with us 😊 Sold my mom's house for her and gave the best service from start to finish. Martin was/is impeccable with his sales technique and genuine in how he treats people. Giving as much time as needed without rushing to "seal a deal" or appearing like he was in any rush to move on to the next call. Also took amazing photos to show moms house at its best 🤗 Becky... OMG!... seriously.... I have to say, she went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us. Listening to concerns and offering her expertise, along with solid sound advise as things progressed and which at times became quite stressful. Not only that but she also kept us updated with progress as time went along. Always there for me to have a good old rant at over problems and never ever loosing patience or trying to get me off the phone as thoigh she had more important things to get done! Love that girl! Nicky was also involved in the beginning with the showing of the house, never leaving mom to deal with it on her own. Asking viewers to remove shoes to keep carpets clean as they travelled round what for mom was her home. Answering questions from potential buyers and also asking questions of us in order to get to know things about the property. All those little things do not go unnoticed 😉 All in all both my mom and I were more than happy with the service provided. A polite, friendly, happy crew who work well together to help all they possibly can with the smooth transition of ownership. I would not hesitate to recommend the Bloxwich Crew! Thank you Goodchilds
