I have used Vita Properties to market my flat in West Hampstead. They have organized number of viewings and have found a buyer for the property within days. Oliver has been extremely helpful, and was updating us on the sale progress on daily basis, following it trough until completion. I would certainly recommend this agency, and particularly Oliver to anyone that wants to sell quickly at the asking price.

What can I say about these guys - they know there stuff! My property was only for a short time but this is down to 2 things in my mind 1) the people they have on their database who are looking to buy (which sent a constant stream of people to view our property and 2) the way it was marketed, from website to e-newsletters and emails, DM and letters. All in all made me feel like my property was the most important on they have! Well done and thank you.

The whole process, from viewing to completion I found completely problem and hassle free. We have just bought a flat using Viva properties and found their service, in particular Oliver's, to be exemplary. We had a tight deadline and a seller's solicitor who was fairly incompetent. Oliver ensured that the deal went ahead on time by constantly liaising with the seller/solicitor to make sure that the required paperwork was received by the deadline.

We recently purchased a property through Vita and the experience was excellent. The team at Vita are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and most of all friendly and pleasant to deal with. We viewed the property four or five times, on a number of occasions outside normal office hours, and they were always there to assist at a moment\'s notice. I would buy through them again or opt to sell through them, as their knowledge in the local area is second to none and they have a strong network. They are honest, independent and not pushy in the slightest.

Vita Properties recently let my flat out for the second time and once again were a pleasure to deal with. Oliver and Mikki were extremely responsive, professional and friendly and let my flat out in record time to trustworthy tenants. Highly recommended!
