Brondesbury Park, with an overall average price of £471,465, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Harrow (£482,665) and Harrow On The Hill (£465,800), but was more expensive than Wembley (£429,887).
Overall sold prices in Brondesbury Park over the last year were similar to the previous year and 28% up on the 2015 level of £369,401.
There were only 22 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
