The majority of sales in Charlwood during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £601,250. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £337,725, with terraced properties fetching £451,250.
Charlwood, with an overall average price of £425,533 was more expensive than nearby Horley (£377,462) and Smallfield (£394,020), but was cheaper than Newdigate (£648,802).
Overall sold prices in Charlwood over the last year were 7% down on the previous year and 7% up on the 2016 level of £396,133.
