The majority of sales in Mill Hole during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £397,293. Terraced properties sold for an average of £228,980, with semi-detached properties fetching £246,714.

Mill Hole, with an overall average price of £292,378 was more expensive than nearby Leiston (£201,477) and Aldringham-Cum-Thorpe (£238,990), but was cheaper than Theberton (£415,000).

Overall sold prices in Mill Hole over the last year were similar to the previous year and 13% up on the 2015 level of £258,417.
