The majority of sales in Mill Hole during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £396,611. Terraced properties sold for an average of £225,265, with semi-detached properties fetching £244,775.

Mill Hole, with an overall average price of £293,816 was more expensive than nearby Leiston (£202,145) and Aldringham-Cum-Thorpe (£239,623), but was cheaper than Theberton (£376,667).

Overall sold prices in Mill Hole over the last year were 3% up on the previous year and 14% up on the 2015 level of £258,417.
