The majority of sales in Mill Hole during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £402,383. Terraced properties sold for an average of £216,086, with semi-detached properties fetching £241,801.

Mill Hole, with an overall average price of £284,111 was more expensive than nearby Leiston (£192,042) and Aldringham-Cum-Thorpe (£220,694), but was cheaper than Theberton (£328,000).

Overall sold prices in Mill Hole over the last year were similar to the previous year and 4% up on the 2016 level of £271,979.
