Last year most property sales in Southall involved flats which sold for on average £333,691. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £417,532, while semi-detached properties fetched £548,639.
Southall, with an overall average price of £393,644, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Southall Green (£380,528) and Greenford Park (£380,528), but was cheaper than Norwood Green (£425,313).
During the last year, sold prices in Southall were 5% up on the previous year and 26% up on 2015 when the average house price was £311,366.
